Single-stage crushing and shaping of rocks with compressive strength up to 150MPa.
Heavy hammers, a toothed matrix impact plate and a 270° curved grate work across the upper and lower chambers to crush and shape the material and control discharge size. The table gives capacity, feed size, speed, power and dimensions for each model.

In the upper chamber, heavy hammers shear and throw the incoming material against the toothed matrix impact plate, while particles also collide with one another. The crushed material falls into the lower chamber for further compression and shaping by the hammers. The clearance between the hammers and screen plate controls particle size; material small enough to pass the grate openings leaves through the discharge outlet.
