CC Series Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher

The CC series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has a compact body designed for operation and maintenance in secondary and tertiary crushing, including mobile installations. Chamber type and eccentricity can be selected to suit production requirements. Automatic overload protection is provided, and the optional ASRi discharge-opening adjustment system adapts to changing feed conditions and compensates for liner wear. Specifications are presented separately for configurations 1 and 2, preserving the distinct values associated with the same numbered models.

Working principle
The chamber type and eccentricity are selected to match production requirements, while the closed-side setting (CSS) is adjusted hydraulically. Choke feeding promotes interparticle crushing. The optional ASRi system adjusts the discharge opening as feed conditions change and monitors and compensates for liner wear to maintain the setting. Automatic overload protection is also provided.
