The HP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher uses a cast-steel body reinforced at highly stressed, heavily loaded locations. Tapered roller bearings support both ends of the drive shaft, and power is transmitted through heavy-duty bevel gears. Multiple heavy-duty cylinders connect the upper and lower frames for locking and chamber clearing, while a hydraulic mechanism adjusts the discharge opening. The external lubrication system comprises a pump, tank and piping and automatically stops the crusher if the oil temperature is too high or the oil flow is too low. Coarse, medium and fine chambers are available, with specifications for standard and short-head configurations.

Working principle

The drive shaft transmits power through heavy-duty bevel gears, and a hydraulic adjustment mechanism changes the discharge opening. Multiple heavy-duty cylinders connect and lock the upper and lower frames and facilitate chamber clearing. A hydraulic nitrogen accumulator provides relief protection. The external lubrication system supplies oil and automatically stops the crusher when the oil temperature is too high or the flow is too low.
