The enclosed linear screen divides the screening surface into front and rear sections with slightly different inclinations and uses multiple screen decks for classification into several size fractions. Its screens can be withdrawn from either end for replacement. The YK series circular vibrating screen is a multi-deck unit with circular vibration. It uses an adjustable cylindrical exciter and a central shaft with an eccentric wheel, together with woven spring-steel mesh or perforated screen plates and rubber isolation springs. It is suitable for quarry screening and product classification in mining, building materials and related industries.

Working principle

In the circular vibrating screen, the exciter and eccentric mechanism produce circular vibration, and the material is classified by the apertures of the screen decks. The linear screen uses multiple decks and front and rear screening sections with slightly different inclinations to separate several size fractions. Its screening area is enclosed, and the screens can be withdrawn from either end for replacement.
